catering for your wedding reception, we are committed to offer our
experience and knowledge that we have accumulated over the years
of successfully hosting many wedding receptions. We offer a wide
range of wedding buffets and sit-down wedding breakfasts at a price that we believe offers excellent
value for money and is tailored to suit your budget. All of our
prices are fully inclusive of the meal of your choice, drink on
arrival, one glass of wine with the meal, sparkling wine for the
toast, red carpet on arrival, changing room, cake stand and knife.
Extra glasses of wine or drinks can be provided, just ask your wedding
reception co-ordinator.
Our Hotels offer tasteful suites within peaceful and picturesque
surroundings to enjoy your wedding day. We look forward to catering
for all your requirements from the civil ceremony to reception,
we can even offer the facility for you to host an evening reception
on certain dates throughout the year. Special overnight accommodation
rates may be available for those of your guests travelling from
afar. Ten of our hotels are now licenced for civil ceremonies where
we can offer the complete wedding ceremony from beginning to end
in wonderful settings.
- Provisional reservations will be held for 14 days. Bookings not
confirmed will be automatically released.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a letter of confirmation
together with a deposit of £800.00. This deposit is non-refundable
unless the confirmed date is re-let to another client for equal
monetary value.
- 80% of the outstanding balance is required 12 weeks prior to your wedding date and the remaining balance 2 weeks prior to your wedding date including final guest numbers.
- Any extra charges incurred on the date must be settled on departure.
We reserve the right that a credit charge of 2.5% per month will
be added to overdue accounts.
- We strongly advise a cancellation insurance in the unlikely
event of any unforeseen circumstance as all payments, once received,
are non-transferable and only refundable subject to condition
number 2.
